What are presets?

Presets are instant, one-click filters that you apply to your photos to give it a unique, signature look! These pre-made professional edit settings allow you to quickly edit your photos like a pro, without having to go through the struggle of figuring out how to adjust lighting and color settings on your own. It's an easy way to enhance your photos in seconds while using your phone on the go, and helps level up your feed on any social platform! How do I install these presets?

Once you purchase your preset packs or preset singles, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided at checkout, with a step-by-step guide on how to install the presets onto your mobile phone. You can also find the installation guide here. Please follow the instructions carefully before contacting us with installation issues.

 

What app do I need to download to use these presets?

You will need to download the FREE "Adobe Lightroom: Photo Editor" app onto your mobile device before installing these presets. Click here to be transferred to the mobile Apple app store. Click here to be transferred to the mobile Android app store.

 

*NOTE: You don't need to pay for a subscription! You can sign up for free within the app and you're ready to start installing the presets!

 

Do these presets work on Androids?

Yes, these presets work on Androids :)

Will my presets be an instant download?

Yes! All of our preset packs and singles are instant download and you will have the product forever. 

 

Will I be required to purchase the preset pack again if I have a new phone?

No, you do not need to purchase again. You will still have access to download your presets to your new phone at any time! If you have created a Lightroom account and it is backed up, you can access them from any device.

 

Will the presets work with just one click?

Most of the time, yes. Depending on the lighting and composition of the photo, you might need to make minor adjustments. Check out our Instagram page for tutorials on how to edit your photos with these presets.

Do you accept returns and/or refunds?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or returns because of the nature of our products being digital.
